• Commission Request Form

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. GENERAL
Terms of Service and prices are subject to change at any time. However, you are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed to at the time of the transaction.✿ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
✿ I reserve the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
✿ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
✿ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details, fees, and the complexity of the commission.
✿ At least one clear reference image of the character/subject is required. As providing full references help me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request.
✿ All artwork is transferred digitally at a resolution of (2167 x 2046 px; 300 DPI), unless requested otherwise.
✿ All artwork will be delivered as a PNG.

2. PAYMENT
Currency is in USD and will only be accepted via Paypal payment request.Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront after sketch approval.
If the payment is not received within 24 hours, I will have to cancel the commission.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3. PROCESS & REVISIONS
After sketch approval, I will notify you when I have started further work on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 6 below for more info on refunds).✿ During the lining/coloring process, I will send multiple work-in-progress pictures for review, and allow up to 3 minor revisions to be made to the piece.
✿ Providing additional reference images is recommended and would be greatly appreciated.
✿ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding has been made on my part.
✿ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

4. DEADLINES:
The timeframe for finishing a commission may vary between 1 Week - 3 Months depending on factors such as school, health, etc.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.No rush orders will be available.

5. USAGE POLICY:
I, Kelper (the artist), retain full and exclusive rights to any commissioned works, as all commissioned artwork is for personal use only.Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
✿ Be posted onto my art accounts with your provided social media handle in the caption, unless requested otherwise.
✿ Be used in my portfolio, unless requested otherwise.The buyer is allowed to:
✿ Use the commissioned piece for personal use (profile pictures, phone/computer wallpapers, you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.). Credit is not required, but very much appreciated.
✿ Print the artwork, or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork, as long as it is strictly for personal use only (ie. Not for sale).
✿ Claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✿ Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially.
✿ Claim the artwork as your own.
✿ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

6. REFUNDS:
If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it past sketch approval, you can get a full refund. However, the buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working further on the commission.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
